Packaging
Please pack the models in the best way that you can and in a way that you would expect to receive them if it was your purchase. Try to ensure products can't move around inside the packaging and any weak parts such as spears or wings are also considered.
If the items arrive severely damaged, and it appears that little to no effort was made in ensuring their safe arrival, we reserve the right to request a refund of the full amount we have paid. We may consider requoting for the items that have arrived safely.
Fake and Non-Genuine Items
Be aware that we will not accept any items that are considered to be fake or printed. All items need to be genuine, including parts of models. If we receive any suspicious models as part of your lot, then we reserve the right to ask for proof of authenticity and, where appropriate, a refund for the value paid on the items. Due to Royal Mail shipping laws Tabletop Thanes are unable to post these items back to you, using their system and therefore will need to be destroyed.
If you are in doubt with the authenticity of your models, then please do not add them to your quote and contact us separately to check.
